Oklahoma Childhood Stroke Awareness Day

Join families in Oklahoma as they celebrate Childhood Stroke Awareness Day. A fun family event with free admission to raise childhood stroke awareness.  Enjoy games for the kids, a bake sale, and munch on some hot dogs.  All proceeds will be donated to the Children’s Hemiplegia and Stroke Association. This event is hosted by Chellie Massey.

A message from Chellie

For those of you who don’t know, my son Christopher suffered a stroke before he was born. As a result, he has right hemiplegic cerebral palsy. CHASA is a wonderful organization that has many resources for parents like me; a place where they can find information and other parents that are going through the same thing. Christopher and I want to help support CHASA and that’s why we’re organizing this Childhood Stroke Awareness Day.
